How we work
Small on purpose
You will never meet an account manager, a rotating junior, or a handoff between "strategy" and "execution" teams. The designer sketching your homepage is the same person who ships the code. That is not a workflow diagram, it is just how a small team works when it takes on a small number of projects.
We turn down more work than we take, so the projects we do take get finished properly. Never half work.
One system, two doors
The same system that powers our client sites
Every site we design for a client runs on the Pancakes site builder, the same editor, the same blocks, the same fast hosting. We built it because we needed it ourselves, then opened it up so any business can drive it directly.
Hire us to design and build a custom site, or choose a builder plan and bring us in later if you want a hand. Either way, it is the same infrastructure underneath.
