A short, plain-language account of what we collect when you use our contact form, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the form at /contact, we collect your name, email address, message, and any optional company, phone number, or current website you provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to read and reply to your project inquiry: to understand what you need, get in touch by email or at the optional phone number you provide, and scope the work. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our studio_inquiries database table, on infrastructure we operate. Only the Pancakes team can access it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we might reasonably follow up on a project, and delete them on request at any time (see contact below).
